The product is designed for large scale food waste fast shredding for restaurants, hotels and families. The food waste is shredded with water in the container. After shredding the waste becomes a fluid composed of very small particles and water, and the fluid can flow in pipe and is suitable for quick anaerobic treatment for biogas production. 

It can treat 10kg food waste a time in 10-60 seconds.

Fish bone and chicken bone can be chopped.
